Director
Matthew has been in the industry for over 12 years. Being a chartered forester as well as a surveyor and agricultural valuer, Matthew has managed all aspects of rural estates, as well as conducting high-level strategy reviews and tenancy negotiations. He has experience in managing driven shoots, deer stalking, and farming, including having his own flock of sheep which take up much of his free time.
Associate Director
James brings a lifelong understanding of the countryside to his work, having been raised on a farm in Sussex. He has been involved with the management and consultancy of a diverse portfolio of rural and commercial assets on behalf of both private individuals and institutions. Beyond rural estate management, James is involved in forestry consultancy, including harvesting operations, replanting schemes, and securing grants.
Senior Surveyor
Annie is a chartered surveyor and agricultural valuer coming from a farming background in Sussex, giving her a solid understanding of the rural sector and knowledge of the local area. She has experience in estate management and lettings, as well as forestry operations, agri-environmental schemes and lease negotiations.
Secretary and Personal Assistant
Hannah provides us with efficient admin support and diary management.
